Best offer you will get - BRAC Strength & Conditioning Classes
This is probably the best offer you will get this year. Four free zoom classes every week with one of Northern Irelands leading running coaches, Gregory Walsh. The courses are for everyone in the club and are designed with runners in mind. They will help everyone increase their flexibility, improve your movement and technique, reduce the risk of injury, tone up those muscles and, most importantly, feel good.
