Sunday Runs
Sunday long runs are now on pause as we shift our focus to ROTG 2025 training. We’ll be back on Sunday 5 January See you then!
The club may organise runs at the weekend for members. These runs are at your own pace and tend to be longer distances, though most runs have shorter options available.
Over the summer we may run a number of Sunday morning runs a wee bit further away from home.
The runs are open to all abilities and are inclusive in that we ensure:
we start together and finish together
we loop back regularly to help keep the group together
we do our cool down stretches together - and usually have a cuppa afterwards.
Informal Runs
This is merely a meeting point for anyone wishing to go with company for a run. The run is considered to be Long Slow Run. It will not be led by a LIRF and is not part of the clubs structured training. It is up to those attending to sort out routes and distances and any other arrangements.
