Monday Training

Our main training session of the week is held on Monday evening. 

Time: 6:20pm for briefing/announcements. Training groups leave at 6:30pm.

Location: Ballymena Leisure Centre (outside) Meet befind the Leisure opposite the Lidl carpark.

Format: We form into groups before heading out to the roads and paths of Ballymena with experienced leaders.  Our groups are running for 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes at their own pace or at agreed paces.

We regularly have Step Up weeks - especially intended to support people moving “up” into the next group. These are marked in Green.
