George Buckley completes the Plague running 64 miles in Cornwall. Roy White completes his 100th 10k in Newcastle and club members take part in the Run the Carn trail race.

More outstanding performances by Ballymena Runners
Well done to James and Ruth this week for excellent performances in Dublin and in the 26 Extreme Mourne Way Trail 10k. Meanwhile we had runners in the Wild Atlantic Way marathon and half marathon, the Carrickfergus Sprint Triathlon and at the return of ‘Stunnerz in Runnerz’ at Drum Manor. Meanwhile in the hills members took part in the Cairncastle Classic Fell Race and in the Mournes
Another busy weekend for Ballymena Runners
This week saw George Buckley complete a 100 mile run across NI. The FROG tempted club members to run and cycle in the Glens. Meanwhile running continues in the Mournes in the Hill and Dale series, at Washingbay and at parkruns. The club also did a colour run at Harryville primary school that was enjoyed by kids and teachers alike.
Huge weekend for Ballymena Runners!
Its been a huge weekend for the club. Eimear Nichol smashed the club’s 3000m record at the meeting at the Mary Peters Track. Meanwhile there was a big turnout at the Ballyclare May Fair races. We had runners at Edinburgh Marathon and at Newry Half Marathon. Sean Hasson came first at ecos parkrun with a new pb and the Sunday morning run went on tour to Antrim.
