Sunday Runs Return
King and Queen of the Glens are crowned
The King and Queen of Race over the Glens have been crowned. New Years Day saw Zac Hanna (Newcastle AC) win the men’s race and Aine Gosling (Newcastle AC) win the women’s race. Newcastle AC won the Men’s Team race and local club Glens Runners claimed first prize in the Women’s Team race. Ballymena Runners put in strong performances with Jack McKenna taking 3rd in the men’s race and multiple winners in age categories.
Cosy Sofa 2023 - Join us and get a warm welcome
Welcome to everyone who has signed up for the Ballymena Runners Cosy Sofa Couch to 5k programme. The programme starts on Tuesday 10 January at 6.45pm at Ballymena North Business and Recreation Centre, Cushendall Road, Ballymena. We would ask that everyone be there for 6.45. Remember to wear some high vis clothing and dress for the weather conditions.

Thanks for entering the 2023 Race Over the Glens. We have emailed race instructions and race numbers to all entrants. In case you didn’t get the email we have the race instructions and entry list here. Please read our race instructions. Here’s a list of race entrants to find race numbers.
Although the race starts at noon please arrive at least 40 minutes before the start and note there will be NO entry on the day.
