Ballymena Runners is pleased to be running a new Cosy Sofa Couch to 5k programme beginning on Tuesday 10 January at 6.45pm at Ballymena North Business and Recreation Centre, Cushendall Road, Ballymena.
We will be progressing at a pace to suit everyone so please don’t think you need to be super fit to turn up and take part. You will be encouraged and supported throughout the 9 week programme by experienced leaders.
On Tuesday night our leaders will take runners in small groups for their run. You will do another run midweek and then on Saturday our leaders will take you on your run as part of the Ecos Parkrun.

All places have now been filled.
Sign up for the BRAC Cosy Sofa as soon as possible. The numbers will be capped to the first 100 applicants. We cannot unfortunately take runners under sixteen years of age.
The fee is £10 for the 9 week programme which includes 2 runs each week with our experienced leaders, T-shirt on completion of the course and a graduation ceremony to mark your achievement.
