We have two new programmes exclusively for members - the Return to Running Programme and the Larne 10 mile Training Programme.
Return to Running Programme
After last years successful return to Running Programme we are running a new one starting on Tuesday 8th February. The Return to Running programme aims to help members and returning members get back into running after a break. You must be a member of the club to join the Programme.
The programme runs for 6 weeks starting with a walk / run format gradually building up to running for 30+ minutes / 5 km. It will help build fitness and confidence to help people get back running in our 30 minute group or doing a parkrun.
If you haven't been running for a while and want to get back this is for you. We are taking bookings now and note places are limited.

Larne 10 mile training programme
Larne AC are hosting a 10 mile coast road race on Saturday 19 March 2022.
We plan to support our club members take part in the race and will run a special training programme for them starting on Sunday 6th February. We aim to help people complete the distance at their own pace and isn’t about achieving a particular time.
