I didn't come from a very active family but when I first met John, he was training for his very first marathon. I basically thought he was a bit mad when he ventured out on all sorts of weather to build up his running miles.
It was standing room only on Tuesday night as around 70 Cosy Sofa Graduates and the brilliant Ballymena Runners Cosy Sofa Team met to celebrate the group completing their first 5k run on Saturday morning.

Ballymena Runners registration for existing and new members opens on Monday 10th March 2025 at 8:00pm. Membership runs from 1 April 2025 - 31st March 2026
