James striding to victory
Congratulations to James Hamilton on his GB & NI selection for the IPC European Championships. James will compete in the T20 1500m, hoping to improve even further on his recent superb performances - 4:09 in Italy, 4:08 indoors at Athlone and 3:59.71 at Mary Peters' track. Our award winning coach, Ray Curran, has been his running coach for the last couple of years. James & Ray have proven a most effective team. We wish James every success going forward (very rapidly - hee, hee) with his new coach Mark Kirk.
