Its June and on Tuesday 6th June at 6.30 pm at ecos we are doing the Naked Run.
Yep - your left arm will be as naked as the day you were born -no Garmins, no watches, no phones - half an hour of isolation from technology.
All you have to do is run the 5k ecos parkrun course. You predict your time and whoever is closest to their predicted time wins. Possibly the only run you can finish in last place and win!
We wonder how many people will look down at their wrist on the way round……..
