Stormont XC

What a XC club turnout at Stormont!!! 28 members of the club turned up in club colours, some even a little under the weather. Team spirit all around, from safely getting us there on a packed out mini bus, a quickly erected gazebo, supporting each and everyone of us over the finishing line, to a low key afternoon tea. Sincere thanks to each of those who contributed.

Many of todays competitors were racing on heavy legs from Thursday, however that didn’t seem to slow folks down to give the rest of us a chance. James Hamilton was our first male club friend in with a time of 23:01, and we were delighted Kathleen Law could make it home for this race as she was our first female club friend in with a time of 20:58.
