A new training block will begin on week commencing 18 October for 10 weeks. This will see us to the Christmas holidays.
Arrangements for the groups for the new training block are set out below. Please note the venues and times for some groups have changed. Everyone should wear high vis and reflective clothing. Some specific arrangements have been put in place for some groups.
Note that the requirement to confirm your attendance at groups will continue. It remains important that we take steps to ensure the well being of leaders and everyone running in the groups. Please respond to the invites you receive saying whether you will attend or not and complete the questionnaire.

We have set out the groups we will be running each week giving the day, time and location.
Monday

Note that members can book Wednesday in addition to one of the training sessions on Monday/Tuesday.
Return to Running Group
The Return to Running group finishes on 16 October. We recommend anyone who had been running in it register in the 30 minute group running on Tuesdays.
30s and 45s
The 30s and 45s groups have the most fluid memberships. To ensure the membership is up to date and accurate the membership of the 30s and 45s will be erased and anyone wishing to run in the groups will need to book your place using clubforce (look in the membership section). You will be able to re-book from 15th October. If you have any problems please email us at ballymenarunners@hotmail.com. If you have any problems getting registered please turn up on the night and we will sort things for you.
All groups (excluding 30s and 45s)
If you are running in a group (other than the 30s or 45s) your name will be rolled forward into the same group in the next training block. If you need to change to a different group please email us - ballymenarunners@hotmail.com
Switching groups
Because of the covid protocols we have in place for the wellbeing of leaders and runners once you register for a group you should remain in that group for the training block. Should you need to change to another group for a legitimate reason, for example because of injury, you should email us so we can make arrangements for you to switch.
