Normally we lead a few weeks of hill training on Wednesdays in November and December. Hill repeats help improve your running form and efficiency as well as building speed, strength and endurance.
Although formal training is suspended we still want folk to have the opportunity to do some hill training. We have put together a 4 week programme starting w/c 16th November. It’s got the who, what, when, where and how for a hill training session.
