Monday Training
Our main training session of the week is held on Monday evening.
Time: 6:20pm for briefing/announcements. Training groups leave at 6:30pm.
Location: Ballymena Leisure Centre (outside). Meet behind the Leisure opposite the Lidl carpark.
Format: We form into groups before heading out to the roads and paths of Ballymena with experienced leaders. Our groups are running for 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes at their own pace or at agreed paces and are shown below.
The rota for leading groups is drawn up by the Coaching Team and is organised through a Whats App group for leaders.
